One of the first bulbs to flower, no spring garden should be without them. The delicate looking flowers belie their tough and resilient nature and they are superb for brightening the often dull days of February and March. Plant in large groups to achieve the best results.

Species Mixed is one of our favourites for early spring colour flowering in beautiful contrasting shades. This blend is the best for naturalising in large, grassy areas providing colour from as early January. Grow in well-drained soil in a sunny position.
